Well i have gotten to the point where i am in desperate needs of aftermarket cams. There is only so much air you can push into a motor without having to upgrade the camshafts. Basically i have had no luck finding some aftermarket cams, i do occasionally find a link to Japanese websites where they have cams for an RB25DET ... But i do NOT want to order anything from a japanese website and wait 8-10 weeks and risk getting the wrong cam for the wrong motor. I am looking for some cam's in this continent.

I have a Series II RB25DET, because the exhaust cam in the S1 and SII is different, as i have learned. My motor is from a 1997 (R33) GTS-T. Please help me locate some camshafts...I am looking for ATLEAST 270, and a 9.7 lift.

any places that sell stuff like Tomei, HKS, etc can get RB camshafts. its just most of them wont list the cams on their websites because the amount of people with RB's in this country is very small.

try http://www.phase2motortrend.com http://www.enjukuracing.com

dont be afraid to call them

The thing is you can't go too big on the Intake cam or you will have to lose the VTC. I think 256 is the biggest you can go on the intake for the RB25 and keep it. Apex makes cams for the motor and so dose HK$, Tomei.

Try greenline.jp , nengun.com or takakaira.com . I've bought from nengun.com and takakaira- nengun took 3 weeks to deliver a pfc, takakaira has never taken more then 1 week to deliver any item. I just ordered nismo mounts from greenline, hopefully they come just as quick.

yeah you pretty much have to loose the vtc in order to run any type of decent power cam. I would say its worth it tho. what trim are you running on your turbo?

also there was a web site i found through skylinesdownunder.com there was a vender who had a warehouse in cali and he sold apex cams for rb25.
