rb25det ca/cca needed?

ok, like title says, what are the needed cranking amps needed to turn one of these over? i have a 750ca/585cca battery out of a 92 mustang. i ask because my 550cca batt (not seeing the ca on it) out of my celica wouldn't crank it, i assume back ground to starter (as dash lights up) or not enough ca. hopefully i did good searches this time.

Check the voltage at the starter while someone else is cranking it.

i know how to check for a bad ground. i wanted to know what ca/cca batts. people are using with their rb25det.

the factory 240 battery is fine.

a 550 should be MORE than enough to crank it. the starter only draws in the neighborhood of 100 amps.

something else is wrong, bad battery, bad connection, etc.

Check your ground to the block and any other aux. grounds

ok, when, checked it out, i know for a fact the starter soloniod works, but i couldn't check the starter grounds as the clip is sitting on a pallet and i can't lift it up at this time. is there any special way to start the clips up, i ask because we (me and a worker at the place) went to 5 different rb25 clips to start them and we had the same result, soloniod kicks in but the starter won't turn.

haha, yeah... i'll figure it out once i have the clip at my house... i'm buying from noyan u.s.a. (just down the street from me) and i've heard nothing but good things and had nothing but good chat when i stop by and ask stuff over the phone.
