I just got my rb25 running, and when I rev and hold my gas pedal I can see boost pressure on my gauge. But when i drive the car and when its gonna go into boost it will sputtering, and stall. Once I let go of the gas pedal it will drive smooth again. Tomolo I will try switching the coilpacks and see if that is the problem. Anything else you guys would recommend me to check?

Yes, stock MAF, injectors, ecu, And rb26 twins. With these clamps you see in the picture I'm sure their will be no leak. But I'll double check them while I'm on it.

I think you are on top of it. It sounds like coil packs, but I would also check spark plug gap and make sure the MAF is putting out an accurate voltage.
One thing you might want to consider is changing the location of the intake filter. Setting right behind the radiator, it will be sucking in the hottest air possible.

For the past week I didn't have any free time to deal with the car. Will over the weekend I decide to purchase a new set of Ngk spark plug 1K1IJ8Q3, and gap them to .8 mili. The problem still didn't go away. Timing set on 15 degree on the line. How can you tell if the coils are bad?

Get a spark tester and see if there is any differences between all the coil packs also check for hairline cracks in them, i have heard of that happening a few times as well.
