does anyone know what is involved with this swap? im looking to get an S14 auto, just to drive to work and back. ive always driven manuals since i was 16, and now i want an automatic but still want a car with balls(no muscle car suggestions please.) any enlightenment will be appreciated. thanks

I dont know the percentages of RB25det powered cars that came with auto. There is an RB25 on ebay with autotragic for 4G's. Call one of the clip/mototrset importers to see if they could acquire a automatic RB clip. I would assume that it would be the same as the 5 spd.

i dont think aquiring one one would be too difficult. i just wanted to know how much easier/harder the swap would be with an auto. what else is involved with this swap that isnt with the manual. WD? night? what do you guys think?

there are a few wiring issues with the auto's that need to be addressed you need the proper ecu for the auto or else it only works in limp home mode ie 2 and 3rd no over drive or 1st the autos are good for 300 hp out of the box but can be toughened and as night saidf they are much easier and cheaper to get as there were plenty mademeggala
