RB25DET Alternator

My s2 rb25 alternator will not maintain higher than 12.0v. I've tried 3 alternators now... any suggestions? I'm almost certain this is the reason for my misfire problems.

Is the fuse in the fuse box in tact? If it is blown, the alternator won't regulate the voltage properly. Is it consistently 12.0V or does it jump around with rpm?

the fuse is in tact and it stays pretty much dead constant 12.0v.

Then there is definitely something either wrong with the way you wired up the signal wiring or the alternators you were using were all shot. I would recheck the wiring to the plug.
