I am looking for which alternator to use on my RB25det ... would this be the correct one to purchase ? If no which one would you guys recommend?

2000 Nissan Quest 3.3 ?

I think so. The main purpose of the quest alternator is to run efans due to their power draw. Look up the years of the quest that got the 120A alternator.

Well I ordered it and yes , it is because I have fans that draw a lot of power :(
