i recently added a air filter to the rb25 since its a auto on the stagea,if i take off to about 4k and do a dead stop the car cuts out,or if im on a roundabout and i go to turn since its a slow point the car will also cut out,or if im in 2nd gear from about 5k onwards the needle drops and goes up again then if i give it full throttle it starts to misfire,if its 3/4 throttle its goes fine, can someone tell me is it the AFM that needs to be readjusted or just put the box back on this is very annoying

Make sure your AFM is clean. Is your filter clogged?

Verify with MAF / AFM spray cleaner. find it at your local auto parts store. Similar to CRC brand Contact Cleaner 2000. This is very different than brake cleaner. they leave *no* residue and dry almost instantly.

I would test with putting the airbox back on. It almost sounds like your metered air is off. do you have any hoses that were disconnected and not capped or connected with the airbox removal? Are there any rips or tears in the couplers on your piping?

Sorry for the slow responses. I haven't been on Nico in a while, just recently came back.

Ohh! I see.

Wait, did you install a BOV, or did you disconnect the line from the factory recirc valve to the intake?
If so, it needs to be re-connected. The ECU is assuming the recirculated air is there, which it is not and dumps in additional fuel to keep the mixture correct. If this is what is happening. put the stock airbox back on and invest in a 'performance' drop-in filter. (made of mesh, not paper - here in the states the most common is K&N. I don't know where you are so I can't suggest brands.)
