Hey guys, my first post here! and I hope you guys can help me.

I've got a Neo RB25det sitting here.

I've got everything for it, turbo, ecu, loom, throttle body. The works!.. EXCEPT for the AFM.

And was just wondering what afm's are compatible with this engine? don't want a 26afm as apparently they're small? would make sense being twin turbo.

Well Help would be much appreciated.

And cheers in advance!

You can't just slap any MAF on a stock ECU. You need to find a MAF that has the same voltage vs. air flow curve as the stock MAF does OR you need to find a stock MAF. I know the S1/S2 RB25's do not have the same curve as the Z32 so I wouldn't think the NEO would either.

I know first hand that the 96-99 maxima works fine. And they are like 30bux. Best bet

Yes i've been having the same problem. Just so you know having the wrong maf will DRASTICALLY screw up your engine's tune. I only ran a 15.6 with full boltons (minus turbo upgrade).

I have a 4 pin MAF, and the Series 2 (from what I can extrapolate) uses a 3 pin connector. If I am right the series 2 and NEO used a similar style 3 pin connector, though the internals may have been different.

Were you supplied with a MAF connector? This will help in determining what type to use.

I know this is an old thread but thanks for the help. I have a Neo waiting to be thrown in and she needs this! I hope it works.
