does the DE (non-turbo, it's not for a 240sx) NEO-6 have VVL or just a variable exhaust (or intake, whatever one it is in the) cam? I mean, does each cam have a seperate low and high lobe like a VTEC system?

nope. the R34 Neo RB head is exactly like the R33 RB head but has a few more degrees of timing change and a fancy new name.

Ther eis no high lobe.. the cam is hydraulically advanced/retarded with oil pressure inside the cam gear.
