rb25 wont run above 3k

i had a ruff idle so i checked and calibrated the throttle position sensor, set it between .45 and .55v now the thing wont run above 3000rpm, it will die and then kick in around 5k with boost, and its real jerky. ive got a q45 throttle on dont know if that would change any thing. any ideas where to start looking would be helpful.

up date unplugged the tps and runs fine also cleaned the maf but that didnt seem to change any thing.

q45 maf= tune your flowing alot more through your intake at the same boost pressures and maf flow because of the larger intake size aka 65% tps is the same flow as 100%tps on stock throttle body

let me fix that. he is blue with black roof. and gray hood. stickers everywhere
