Did you use the rb25 lower harness or the one for the S14? Most of those connectors are for the lower harness and connect to the transmission, starter, alternator, and fuse box.

It was in a s14 previously but the fuse boxes are different for some reason and the wiring is all custom. I just swapped the motor to a newer shell due to rust issues.

If the fuse box plugs are different then you are better off just getting another lower harness off of a ka that corresponds to the year of your chassis. Unless you have the plugs for your chassis you will have to get a lower harness unless you hardwire everything. There are only a couple of things you must do for the lower harness to work with a rb25.

I would suggest going through wiring specialties. They could either repair that harness and put on the correct connectors or they may even have a premade lower harness that you could order.

Yea but that's extra money. And i don't know which connectors would go where so shop might be best

It would probably cost less than taking it to a shop or paying someone else to do it. You're not going to get any help because you have the wrong lower harness. Someone would have to supply another harness to solve your problems. Rewiring does not correct the problem of having the wrong connectors. If you have the old fusebox connectors you could just repin them to the new chassis. As I said before most of those wires are for the lower harness. This is for your transmission, starter, and alternator. It is extremely easy to hook up and there is a wealth of information out there.
