rb25 turbo help???

im kinda new to the rb engines, so this may be a dumb question but here goes...how many different size turbo does the rb25det engine???ive seared and all i have found out is that it is a bb t28 with a t3 flange, but someone has told me that they also have a t3 hybrid, so does this mean it is a t3 turbo with t3 flange is this true???thanks
