RB25 transmission rebuild...in progress

So i ripped my transmission out of the car due to it grinding 3rd and 4th not to mention the loud constant rumble at idle with the clutch OUT, i have the cases seperated and have spotted all the issues (3-4) slider is hammered along with 3rd gear and the synchros have very little clearance (3rd is the worst almost flat on the cone of the gear) insert springs are know where to be found either...lol

I went to get some parts from nissan, and they are telling me that i need to update 1st and 3rd gear along with new sliders synchros and probably a slider hub or 2 as i guess they changed...

The dealer couldnt offer me any real explanation of what had changed or why they "suspect" an improved part.. (this is all based off a 94 Z32 trans)

I was curious if anyone has run into this issue, im not against spending an extra couple hundred to get all the extra parts IF they are better or updated than the older ones, as syncho issues seem to be common with these trannies...

I was kinda searching around for a service bulletin or service news but i cant locate anything...

Anyone got anything on this?

yeah im already replacing bearings etc, i know those are shot, i ordered a bearing and synchro kit, im going to use a spare slider and synchro springs from another trans and hope for the best, Its a PITA and almost not worth the money or effort to try and figure out where to get all these updated parts as they say they dont make them anymore (input shaft) and im unsure of what transmission got this updated part from the factory otherwise id rob one from another trans..
