rb25 transmission into ka

Hey everyone so ive done some research on this, as we all know our beloved ka is very friendly with many other nissan parts (thanks nissan!) My current setup with my trans is rb25 clutch and rb25 nismo lightflywheel with stock s14 trans. I know some people get the mazworks kit with vg trans awesome setup. as ive researched vg and rb25 trans internals are nearly identical. so with that saying we could easily push 500+ hp with no worrying of our trans breaking. But what if we come across a rb25det trans for 250 bucks!! I plan on doing this budget build and hoping for success. I was reading about about only 2 bolt holes that didnt line up and one of them had to be enlarged.The input shaft length looks nearly identical im gonna take a measurement tomorrow. im gonna make a custom driveshaft and trans mount, but the thing im worried about is the shifter position. if anyone here has ever tried this your input would be greatful. o yea and im gonna be posting lots of pics so if anyone needs me to take a pic of some measurements or something please feel free to ask. I believe Matt Powers ran an RB25 transmission, and he only had to slot 2 holes.
He had to get a custom driveshaft though, cause the transmission's length was a bit different than the KA's.

So what would be needed for this kind of swap? Minus the mount and custom shaft? Is the rb a true 6 speed?

Better late than never, the RB25 trans is a 5 spd.
