RB25 trans on RB20 help.

ok iv been searching and cant find anything on this topic ( might mention my search skills suck but thats beside the point lol ). i bought this rb20 swap late last year and it has been nothing but a nightmare and im determined to get it running as im saving a creamy yellow two tone coupe. but the trans i got from the guy is fubared and everywhere i look people want 400+ shipping for a rb20 trans and im not going to pay that much for something that ill end up breaking later down the road. so my question is can i get a 25 trans and put the 20 bell housing on it or and i going to need an adapter plate and what clutch and fly wheel will i need to use 20 or 25.

any help will be much appreciated. thanks

just bolt it up and go.
or have a local rebuilder rebuild the 20 trans...they hold up if you know how to drive.
my 20 trans has held up behind the 30 for 2.5 years now.

dont even have to swap bell housings? and i would'nt mind having it rebuilt but the the out put shaft is twisted about half way and i can't get the DS all the way in the trans on top of it would go into 1st 3rd or 5th gear

Thanks for the help finaly found a decent deal on a rb20 trans with only 11k on it
