RB25 transmission harness

First, does anyone have a wiring diagram that has the RB lower harness(includding transmission connections)

My problem, Using the KA harness, two of the RB plugs went in and the third little one has a plug that i can't connect to. its the one on the transmission on the passenger side, with red wires. which plug on the KA one do i connect it to? or should i cut the wires and connect to those on the small plug from the KA

3, the KA harness has 6 plugs and the RB one has 3. one of the KA plugs is the 2nd O2 sensor, two are connected and the third one i assume is the one i'm using for the red wired plug on the RB. That takes care of 4 plugs. What are the other 2? One was connected to the plug on the back of the KA block where it joins the transmission, the other i forgot but can go check.

One other thing, what's the little hose on top of both the KA and RB trannies for. it goes from the back of the transmission where its connected and stops close to the engine but its not connected to anything on that side.

I know its a lot of reading but please if anybody can help i would greatly appreciate it. My backup car just killed its transmission, again.
