I am stuck on this plug for my rb25det swap into 95 s14. Ive searched the forum many times and pulled up both rb and ka wiring diagrams and I dont understand what plugs into it. The first pic of the plug is from the lower harness of the ka, sits close to the starter. Its a 8 pin connector with 7 wires that go into it, they are pink, gray, gray, white, blue, brown w/white stripe and black w/ white stripe. The second pic is the actual upper ka connector that goes into that lower plug. The third pic is some wires that have no connector from the upper rb harness. So my questions are what plugs into the lower ka harness plug I dont have any plug on the rb that fits? Second, does the wires that are cut have to go to that lower plug, if not what are these wires for? Id appreciate any kind of help? 1

I believe the plug you're holding in the first picture is E208. If you unravel the lower KA harness you will find that those wires go to the rear oxygen sensor on the KA downpipe and the crankshaft position sensor located on the upper side of the bell housing of the KA transmission.

The plug on the second picture is part of the KA engine harness F11 if I am not mistaken. F11 and E208 connect together as you mention. E208 plug is useless on the RB25 lower harness prep. I took mine of the lower harness.

The wires you are holding on the third picture are harder to identify. Where are they located on the upper harness of the RB25? Sorry hope this helps a bit. Good luck.

Thanks ive searched hours for that and couldn't find it. Now for the cut wires I dont have a pic yet I need to get my gf's camera back but I just looked at them and they are next to a 2 wire black plug and the wire colors are light green and blue with white stripes might be for the power steering dont know and the other plug is a 3 wire gray plug with black/white, white/blue, and orange/blue. The gray plug is yellow on the inside of it.

Need a better picture of the cut wires and where on the main harness the branch is located.

Wire colors would be helpful as well. We'll figure it out then.

Oh sorry about that the wire colors are blue/red stripe, yellow, light blue, green/orange stripe and green/ red sttripe. The wires are located on the same part as the maf sensor plug, and the boost valve. Its not the 02 sensor b/c thats plugged in. Hope that helps.

Carl did my harness conversion. As far as I can tell you on my MAFS branch I have; the O2 sensor plug, the Boost Controller plug and lastly the MAFS plug. I am sure Carl got rid of the extra uneeded wires when he extended the MAFS wires. But I would guess that if those plugs are on your harness already then you should have nothing to worry about. I am no wiring guru, but I would try to see if the car starts without those wires. Good Luck

Sounds like its the leftovers of the fuse box interface plug from the RB. Depending on how you are doing the wiring conversion, you might not need that portion.

We always remove that part and route whatever needed wiring is back to the interior portion of the harness.

Hope this help.Yury Wiring Specialties
