Searched but couldn't find a clear answer. So, I'm in need of a new rb25 throwout bearing sleeve. Is the z32 na throwout bearing sleeve the same as the rb25 one?

Yes. It has been a loooong time since I did mine but I believe that is correct. Buy one and compare it to the one that is in your transmission.

Technically, they are slightly different.. but yes, a Z32 will work.
I have pictures comparing the two if you wish to see them.
I picked up my TOB from Advance Auto, it ended up being made by Koyo.

Be sure they are exactly the same length.

BTW; my machine shop pressed out the old and on the new for 10 bucks when I did mine.

a 27mm socket fits perfectly in the bearing carrier snout, place between two bricks and hammer out the bearing slider, use some wood and a vise to press the new one on...works a treat and takes 5 min.
just dont mount the bearing on backwards, some designs the outside spins where others its the inner race.

Damn near certain every 5spd Nissan produced in the same era uses the same pilot bushing.

I know that, i was referring to the throwout bearing sleeve. None of the local part stores had a sleeve at all, not even special order. The machine shop that resurfaced my flywheel pulled the sleeve off the old bearing and pressed it onto the new one. Installed the clutch today, tomorrow the transmission is going in. Thanks for the help guys.
