rb25 temp sensor

ive been having cooling issues on my rb25.i have asked questions about it before and found some info helpfull...now i need to know what temp it should be reading with the sensor in the factory spot on greddy intake ? i have an aftermarket pro sport digital gauge that is reading the same as the dealerships consult computer but we dont know if the temp on the manifold is gonna show hotter than it actually is. it is runnin about 200-220 on the interstate.
