rb25 swap into s13 coupe

Im stuck in a tight spot ive just swapped out the rb20 in the coupe now i have the rb25 in there had the wiring done by je import performance from maryland thats done hooked up all the of the wiring. went over to the start the motor and all im getting is fuel i hear nothing from the engine bay besides two relays. there is power to the starter and the alt. would there be any issues inside the car with wiring grounding the ecu or didnt plug something in underneath the dash? any ideas anyone? thanks for any help

maybe a bad starter? but i jumped the starter and it spun but is there more to it than that?
