rb25 swap, gauge cluster not working right

ive got a 95 240 with a rb25 swap, i purchased the car already swapped but the speedo, and temp gauge dont work, the tach works but dosent appear to be accurate. Anybody know what needs to be done to make this function correctly?

Pull out the cluster check all the wires. Compare with my wiring guide as a check list, see if you find the problem there.
