I have been searching for similar problems within the other RB owners but they seem to have bigger problems with theirs and I can't find a solution for mine. I have a video on youtube in order to seek advice on what the problem might be and how to fix it but no luck so far. As I turn on the car, the engine makes a weird high pitch noise. The car runs fine and all but it's just that after a while, it really makes you wonder what it is; consequently, it started to bug me. The link to the video is at the bottom. Any idea on what this might be? All help is appreciated. Thank you.

I heard that it can also be an alternator problem. What do you guys think?

Did you end up buying another belt? I was going to buy a power steering belt tomorrow and wanted to know if you would recommend to buy the alternator belt as well.

OK so i know its not the belts (I had a feeling it wasn't). But what i didn't think of is that since the starter is connected to the flywheel, that maybe the flywheel is bad. My theory is that the teeth on the flywheel are worn and when the starter cranks it, it slips creating that sound. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Any thoughts, concerns, comments?
