Hello, I think this is my first post. I never ask before i search and i couldn't find anything. so, maybe you guys could help me solve my problem. I have a S13 with a RB25. I'm running Walbro 255 with a greddy FPR set at 47psi. 3" turbo back exhaust, FMIC and stock turbo and injectors. I played with the timing, checked for boost leaks, replaced spark plugs and no ****en change. Whenever i go over 10psi @ about 5500 rpm's it begins to sputter really fast. It sounds like bah, bah, bah, bah, bah kinda like if it had a rev limiter. Oh and running stock ecu. Anything under 10psi runs like a champ. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks ahead of time!!!

P.S. As far a timing, i didn't have a gun so i played it by feel. I would move it left and right and test drive under boost load and same ****.

you need to set the timing properly

setting timing by feel is a HORRIBLE idea. RB's are hyper sensitive to timing.

hmm only when the pin on the cam broke off and timing was off like 40 degrees and we didnt know it.

i just know that a 3 degree change in timing feels like 20hp lol
