Alright, I'm tired and searched. What is needed to remove the shifter from the transmission in a stock RB25 S1 transmission? Do I just remove the snap-rings? I did not want to use a set of channel-locks on the outer ring and damage it. I again labeled the screws and tried to remove the plate that the shifter sets in, but was unable to. It is -ahem- solidly in there. Sorry, guess I'm still a n00b

remove the 1 snap ring, put the transmission in neutral first, makes it easier to get back in.

Snap ring pliers are an amazing thing, especially when it comes to installing the SSQV bov and shifters.

We are getting Balco as a sponsor. You should see how big Kamin's head has got and his mood swings are amazing.
