Rb25 s2 ecu

i have a rb25det s2 and i fried my ecu and was wondering if a s1 ecu would work and have no diffrent effect? thanks

before getting my premade harness from wiring specialties, i fried way too many ecu's because the harness i got was way too hacked up from past owners. and i've used both s1 and s2ecu's on my s2 motor and harness with no problems. to be honest, i prefer s1 ecu's because it has the built-in diagnostics with the leds and what not.
