RB25 runs rough

i've tried searchin and haven't had much luckcar is 96 240, rb25 S1.

I can start the car, it has a good idle, around 900rpms.

The car runs like the timing is off, it has a very hard time revving it's slow and rough. the engine smells a little rich but it's open downpipe at the moment.

No CEL

MAF- when I unplugged the maf when it was running, the car died. However, the car starts without it. but then won't rev at all. With it plugged in. the car still idles. I can rev it up a bit but it's slow and doesn't want to go anywhere.

Ignitor- I tested the ignitor, 7-pin side, each pin was 18ohms. 6 pin side, 4 pins read 3.5 ohms, 2 pins (E3, E4) didn't read. is the ignitor going out?

tps wiring- I went over the 300plus.net guide. and checked my wiring 20 times. according to the guide it's right with one exception.

there are 3 wires that should plug into the KA harness for the TPS sensor. the pins on the RB plug, are non existent.

I just replaced the plugs, and my only other thing I can think of is bad coil packs. but this motor ran just fine when I pulled it from another car a few months ago. I'm lost and could really use some help. any ideas, help, flaming I don't care lol TIA
