Hello to all here . I am new to this forum and Nissan but not to engines or building cars . my questions are as follows

for a rb25 with trans who is a good vendor with a great reputation for getting it right the first time ?

who would you recommend in the east coast of US for machine work on the RB25 . again reputable with great customer service for block/ head engine building ?

My goals , RB25 powered Mazda miata pushing somewhere in the neighborhood 500 + hp with good street manners with the ability to be driven daily if need be ... I am looking for proven engine / trans set ups that WORK at the given power level indicated . I plan on overbuilding the engine just for longevity reasons . with the ability to turn it up when the situation arises I guess a good builder / machine shop will know this but it doesn't hurt to ask the people that have already done it . a complete parts list with specs would be great I plan on a budget of 5000 for engine building not counting price of engine and trans . do you think this is doable ? thoughts ?
