i know this is a common question on this and other boards, and i've been reading everything i could find. however, i just want to make sure that i'm not missing anything. i am getting my rb rebuilt (series 1), and here is what i'm getting done:

-cp pistons, overbore-cosworth hg-arp headstuds-acl race bearings-greddy timing belt-tomei poncams-n1 oil and water pumps-welded crank collar -balance rotating assembly

in terms of goals, i'm looking to build a bulletproof engine that can handle 450whp+, at least 22psi, and last me at least 5 years...or is this too optimistic? lol. anyways, any info you could throw my way would be much appreciated.

Be very careful to weld on your crank because someone just did that recently and warped it turning their crank a 30 lb dumbell. Otherwise I like the parts selection.
