Im thinking I may need to swap out to a z32 Maf. I can handle the wireing and all I just need to know if after I install it will I need to have my car re-tuned. Im over powering the q45 and thought the z32 could take more power. Ive searched so please no flameing. If you can help just post if not please don't.

It will be a different tune. Keep in mind, the J30 MAF is the same as the Z32 MAF, both capable of abut 500hp and 75mm.

If you put the Z32 in place of the Q45 MAF you will have to retune it. The Q45 MAF sends out a different signal than the Z32 so in order for your ECU to comprehend what is going on that is what you have to do but it should be as simple as just changing the MAF settings, not really a tune.

Yep..that should be fine. Then when you do add more boost, you tune it.
