Rb25 problem problem with Greddy BOV

hey guys I got a RB25 NEO with Blitz turbo boost controller currently read 12lb with stock bov, but after i put on the Greddy bov to the RB and adjust to hard, the boost when down to 6 lb, and the car feel like take off quicker and even between gear. When i adjust again to soft when back up to 12lb on boost and car feel like lose alot of pressure and run like stock BOV.

The question is can i adjust the bov to hard and add more boost to it? Will that be safe?Sorry i dont have the picture to so you guys. I'm new to NICO and really don't how to post up picture.

Out of curiosity when is the last time you did a boost leak check?

Your BOV shouldn't have anything to do with the amount of boost you run unless it is leaking under boost. Do you know the psi the spring in the BOV is rated for? And do you have it hooked up to the intake manifold?

Actually if your BOV has a Pop off valve option then it would control boost up to spring pressure.

If you BOV is like the HKS bypass valve then on the top is the vacuum port that you need to use. The second vacuum port on the bottom should be hooked up a source that ONLY sees BOOST no Vacuum.

hmm...can you run an atmospheric BOV on an RB25 without it running rich in between shifts?

I happen to have a GFB Stealth FX that can do 100% atmospheric or %100 recirc or anywhere in between the two.
