This past wensday at cecil county MD an rb25 powered 240 went 10.9 and 10.8The motor is running stock internals and head. It's got a custom exhaust manifold like RBtally's and a custom upper intake manifold with a stock lower. He is running an SDS standalone with 550cc injectors and the car dynoed 445whp. This past friday he blew his stock rear axles on his launch. (He was running a welded stock diff.)

He made it himself. He said it cost $900 in materials!! The intake manifold was a simple setup with a foward facing plenium ontop of the stock lower intake manifold.

The 900$ must have included the welder, pipe bender, gas rig, purging equipment, ect... cause the metal itself is cheap. Flanges are probably the most expensive part of the manifold and they are fairly cheap.

BTW thoes are some good numbers.

I am not sure what turbo he is running now. Last time I saw the car it had an adaptor box setup on the stock manifold with a T4 on it. He is running a truck IC that was cut down to size to fit in his bumper. For suspension he has R33 rear shocks with a relocated mount point so his big slicks will clear. I know his new turbo manifold puts the turbo up behind the drivers side headlight. He was talking about making an adaptor plate to put a powerglide transmission on but he is still running the stock RB25 transmission.

This guy builds all his own parts. He isn't on the internet which is pretty amazing. He got the RB25's (That's right he got two compleat RB25's) from a junkyard that his friend works at. For some resound there was two R33 skyline's at this junkyard.

Red fastback, right? I've met the guy about a year ago, I actually raced him down coastal highway in Ocean City. Got him on the launch, but he flew by me in third gear. I'm sure it's much faster now. Nice car, not sure if he sold it or what, but I saw someone else driving it a little while ago.

Spending that kind of money on manifolds isn't hard to do if your buying the best material you can...I have that amount + in my manifolds (just material)

He loves posting pics of those things... Everytime I look though DROOLLLL... I'd be posting if I made those damn things too. I don't think he could have spent 900 since your manifolds are for an RB26 TT and His is just a single turbo utilizing almost half of the materials. Well, atleast a collector, Downpipe and some piping. Sweet Stuff though!-Alex

In debt no too bad but I need to start paying people... Someone needs to get there but to the drag strip and Get that 10.60 pass on video! I'm still trying to figure out why he dropped .2 off just by switching from a welded diff to a LSD....
