RB25 P/S noise

Hello, I have a question for the better RB community. I have a s13 with an RB25 swap that is making excessive power steering noise. My pump is growling, the fluid is frothy and leaks badly from the reservoir cap. Prior to all of this going on I had fitted the skyline P/S reservoir from the same car as my motor. The problems started when I put my stock P/S reservoir back on that I had powder coated to match my valve covers. What could all of this be caused by?

Are you running a PS cooling line? Sounds like it is overheating the fluid.

Probably not bleed properly.
