Hey everyone,

Last night when I was drifting my Oil light came on. I checked for leaks, there arent any, my oil pressure is normal, My oil is full, and all the plugs are connected... The only thing is that I haven't changed the oil in about 4,000 miles.

Does anyone have any idea what else to check for??? The car drives perfectly normal. I just have no idea why the light came on.

I have a oil pressure gauge and a power FC. Soo I don't really know why my light is on? Any help please!!

How long were you drifting in the same direction? Clockwise maybe? If you are pulling constant lateral g's in the same direction, your sump will run dry on one side and you'll lose oil pressure because there's no oil at the pickup. When you level it out again, you'll be fine. Is the oil light still on or did it turn off after you stopped drifting?

It stayed on... It's still on. and yeah I was mostly drifting in one direction. I think that might be what happened, becuase the oil pressure dropped and then it came back once I ended the drift.

How do I get the light to turn off???

if it had been on only for a moment or two I would have said it was the rb's problem with the head filling up with oil and staving the pump. Since that is not the case and the light is still on I belive you may have a wiing issue. Try unplugging the sensor on the block to see it the light goes out if so the sending unit is faulty
