RB25 no start????

My rb25 is in an s14 that was an automatic-there is a connector in the engine bay from the rb harness that needs to be connected from my s14 engine bay fuse box, was told that there are 2 wires that need to be jumped in order to bypass a safety switch b/c it was an automatic,think I found the plug on fuse box-6 pin connector believe its the red w/ a green strip and another wire that need to be jumped-need to know if those are the right wires and what plug do I need to incorporate from the rb harness to trip my start to come on??? With key in on position- I can manually energize starter to start car-car runs-would just like to make it a little easier to start car rather than hooking up my trigger every time to start car-good for the first couple of times-getting tired of it. any help would be appreciated.
