Rb25 misses only under full throttle

I tried to search for an answer bt everyone else says they start to miss at a certain psi or rpm. I only start to miss when I give it fulll throttle. If I let up off the throttle, even just a hair it wont miss, and run normally all the way up to redline. I just don't have a clue as to why it would only miss under full throttle but run perfectly otherwise. Any links to related problems would be appreciated, but please no "lose boost at such and such psi or rpm". Because that is not my problem.
