I bought a set of mckinney motor mounts and transmission mount i found out they was one of the first ones made and the guy said they work with s13 and s14....I mounted them up but they sit flat straight i was thinking they have to be on a slight angle since the engine brackets are angled i guess i didnt get the engine in yet so iam kinda lost here does anyone know how they supposed to be mounted or have any pictures....Thanks

send me some pic's of the engine block adapter that bolt to the block and the mounts. We seeing some engine with RB20 and RB26 style adapter, because the engine was already a swap in Japan.....

Bringing this post back alive, hopefully you found a fix, as I am having the same problem on my S14 with RB25DET motor. Bought the S14 motor mounts and they sit more flat than angled like the engines mounts.

Hoping someone can email me old pics or give me some insight as to how this was fixed, it looks like about a 10degree difference in the mounting alignment.

email [email protected] if you have some suggestions, sorry no pics atm

hey bud, your mounts look like they are sitting to flat.. then again i also had issues with my mckinney mounts lining up right.

i have rb20 and my mounts didnt sit like that and the bottom piece of the mount is like a 1" from the frame so i can bolt it up
