rb25 maf upgrade question

my rb25 maf is not working. i can find information about the z32 maf upgrade, but nothing on the q45 90mm maf upgrade. im looking to buy an upgraded maf that will be the best for future tuning. i have an apexi safcII to tune for the new airflow, aswell as a wideband 02. i see most people go z32, and only a few have gone the q45 rout. what would be the advantage over that? i would imagine the larger maf would flow more air and in return be better for higher HP numbers. thanks for any clarification.

i'm curious for this answer to seeing as i'm maxing the stock maf out and i have a q45 sitting here that was given to me.

q maf reads about 450hp and has a 3.5" diamater vs the z32's drop in nature...
