ok, i have been search for weeks on wiring diagrams to wire everything up. and havent been able to find too much specifics online (well i mostly searched here) for the RB25. I have found an over abundance for the RB20...

now i already have the RB25 ecu pin diagram and wiring diagrams from the FSM (haha gives me a headache thinking of it).

so here is my quesitons:
1. are there any wires i dont need to connect?
2. are the same wires used on the RB25 that are used on the RB20?
3. any one know of other write ups on wiring the RB25 other than NICO?
4. what wires/connectors are used for the transmisison harness?
5. any one have any tips?

thanks for the help in advance! i know people are going to say people have spent hours to days figuring this out and i should figure it out mysel. but figured i would just ask to see what kind of tips i can get!

For you speedo 300zx-z32-speed-sensor-works-with-rb25d ... 41651.html
That is if your using a RB25 transmission, otherwise for RB20 transmission a KA speed sensor works fine.

Engine/transmission wiring http://www.nicoclub.com/archives/rb25de ... guide.html

For your Tach (Must have Dual Cam Tach)
Tach Recalibration.

1. Pull Cluster
2. Remove Backing and Clear plastic cover for the gauge.
3. Take a sharpie and mark where the needle sits on the gauge face so when you're pulling the needles off you'll know where it sits so its not screwed up when you put them back on, you can also mark the spot it sits on.
4. Remove the gauge faces.
5. Where the tachometer face is... there is a variable resistor that you can stick a screwdriver in.
6. Usually you turn it all the way to the left.
7. Once you've done that, do this entire process in reverse order.

All the information is on here there's just no pictures to back up the write ups. You gotta connect a few wires from the dash harness inside the car near the ecu to the RB25 harness. And you have to hook up a few wires from a red plug by the passenger side head light those will give your injectors power. rbforums.org had an awsome diagram I followed it and got my rb25 wired in 15 minutes. I know I'm being very vague but it's been a while since I got my rb25 running. I'm going with a chase bay wiring harness this time around ( cleaner and faster to install ) . I'm gonna start a build thread soon.
