rb25 into 89 240 swap help...PLEASE

I have a few problems that i believe is all linked to the same problem. One the light on my computer is staying on,solid red with no blinking, at all times even when the key is out of the ignition and i was wondering if somebody would confirm that that is not supposed to happen. Two when i try to start my motor i cant get any fire to the injectors. They are not pulsing or getting any power what so ever. My other problem is that power is staying on inside that car after i try and start the motor even when i pull the key out. This i believe to be linked to the wiring and i believe that is whats making the computer stay on at all times.

jgycustoms...they are supposed to be pretty good.but one question i need answered to even begin sorting this problem out is if the red light on the computer is supposed to stay on and be solid red with no flashing even when they car is turned off

wiring is wrong, light should turn off about 5 sec after key out.
