rb25 intake on rb20

hey I was just looking on ebay and came across a s14 with a rb20 swap, but it had a greddy aftermarket intake mani on it, my question is, is this a direct replacement for the 20? if not what needs to be done? the reason being is Im thinking of selling my sr and buying a stripped down 20, without the intake, injectors, turbo.

that car uses a one off adaptor plate, met the owner at nopi and the car is beautiful as is, but he said that it was such a pain in the *** to make the adaptor plate that he would never do it again.
