I know it will be a direct swap but are there any wiring issues, such as VVT?

Youll have to "do" the wiring..Its not going to just plug in and drive home.

OK im new to the RB series. When you say "do" the wiring, do you mean the wire for the VVT? Or the entire harness? I hope that makes sense. TIA

I've never done it..I imagine its -pretty much- like putting an RB in a 240 but a bit easier..obviously youd use a 25 cpu and need a 33 engine harness. From there, look at the schematics and decide which wires you need to splice/(hopefully) saulder..(sp?)
