S1 rb25... It idles fine then when given any throttle it doesn't get any response and just misses. I can hear a weird sounding whine coming from the fuel pump and its not just because its priming, its a lot louder. It only started doing this when this whine started. Could my fuel pump be going bad?

All of my fuel pumps that went bad, appeared to me at least, to go from working to dead without any symptoms of impending death before hand. It is known that a fuel pump on the way out can cause a whole slew of issues. If it's putting out enough volume/pressure at idle but dies or misfires under a load it could very well be the pump. Plus the noise issue...I'd say it's a good bet the pump is dying.

I'm assuming you have no fuel pressure gauge?
