RB25 heartbreak HELP PLEASE

I've been working on a rb swap in an s13. The problem is that the engine wont seem to rev past 3 grand. Ive checked the wiring ... its right .... any ideas.?!?

is it in limp mode? can you be more specific about your problem?

Yea i think its in limp mode for some reason. Im running stock everything boost ecu maf no AFC i mean totaly stock. The car pulls hard then dies when the boost or rpm climb above 3 thousand. Im stumped. i dont know if the ecu is bad or what the boost sensor Its driving me crazy

check the ECU for codes, my KA did it but only went to 2500. It kept givin me the MAFS code but it turned out to be a bad ECU.
