Am I going to be able to have a rb25 in my 97 s14 running and on the road for less than $4500 done right. this will not include any labor. also how many more man hours am I looking at compared to a sr swap?

Too vague of a question... are you gonna go with the RB crossmember or mount kit.... You gonna be using stock parts or aftermarket parts? ie stock or aftermarket radiator? You gonna do the wiring or pay someone else? Depending on what condition the motor is in, you might have to spend money on maintenence stuff... belts, hoses, fluids, filters etc...

i'd be doing my own wiring. depending on how good of condition the motor is in would determine if i'm going to be using stock parts or aftermarket parts. also i would most likely use a mount kit just because It seems to save you from a few little headaches

heres some more fruit for the mixer:

if I get the motor set for $2700 that leaves only about $1500 for the parts that are not included in the motor set, so basically im asking:

can I get everything needed to install the motor set and have the car running for around $1500?

FMIC WAS CUSTOM MADE FOR ME, THE PIPING I DID MYSELF, AND THE DOWNPIPE CAN BE PICKED UP FROM TOPHATPERFORMANCE.COM OR CAMERON.

JOHNNYRACECAR.COM MADE IT FOR ME, I THINK THE SITE IS DOWN THOUGH. THE PIPING I BOUGHT ALL THE PARTS FOR IT AND BUILT IT MYSELF (IT SHOWS TOO! ;) ).

Glad you got it! No, I was not implying you never had it, but I would really like to see everyone's RB cars at some point. I know yours is one of the ones I have not seen.
