I posted this befor, but when I searched I came up with nothing. SO I am asking again. I am in the market for a good fuel management system, probably stand alone, that is easy to tune. Who is using what? I would like to hear from those who have had more than one kind too. Which one did you like the most?

MegaSquirt....cheap, easy to work with, and has pretty much every feature plus a bunch of add-ons.

don't order from there if you are in a hurry, takes about a month for you to get your stuff, decent prices otherwise.

Nate what type of coils are you using with the FAST system & are you using the factory cam sensor, or are you using an aftermarket crank sensor. Also can you dial in your fuel in less then 500rpm incraments.

Had a PFC now have a Aem Ems. The aem is hands down more capable, feature rich and easier to tune. However if you looking for sub 500whp the PFC may be a better choice cost wise.. I believe with the RB25 PFC you are limited to the resolution of the single z32 MAF while the ems is in all sense unlimited.

tru, but the pfc can handle the power no doubt but it can be tricky if you need more than a 20x20 map resolution.even when upgrading to a q45 maf, while it can cope with increaced airflow your tuning accuracy and resolution drops.if the pfc doesnt work out for me i may go to aem, but ive much faith that i can hit 500whp on a pfc.

It's not about the map, it's the fact that the RB25 pfc doesn't handle dual maf like the RB26 pfc. So your stuck with the resolution of a single maf.So it's like 550whp for Rb25 PFC, 1000whp RB26 pfc vs 60psi ems.

gm two tower coils yes on the cam angle sensor and yes on the crank trigger.... ATI built me a custom ballencer with a trigger built in to it . it also has the drive for the external oil pump on the end .....

update!rb25 pfc will work on a rb20 assuming you upgrade injectors and repin the injector triggers for cyls 5 and 6 (they are reversed).we tested my pfc on a friends car and were able to start the car and run it off the pfc and even lower the revlimiter.unfortunately its not saving data but its proly due to a wiring issue and not the pfc.BUT it works so if you are upgrading injectors anyways the rb25pfc should work for you......may need more tweaking with the maps since they are for a rb25.....
