I've been searching for motor swaps for the past few months, making sure that i get the right on i want. I alreayd have the KA out of my 240sx and just doing my homework. The RB25 looks like a solid setup for the price. But, if I was going to the get an RB25 would I be better off get the clip? It would come with everything i would need to perform the install. What do you guys/girls think about that? About performance what are some websites that sell RB25 parts? I've been on Google, Yahoo etc. and most of them are in AU. The sponsers on this site are ok but, dont have much stuff dealing with the RBs. Thanks for your help.

Some people say to use a clip, others wish they didnt.

I used a motorset and I ended up not needing anything but the ic piping and radiator lines.

If you get a clip, make sure they give you the diff and axles too.

That sounds cool, so basically i can just use everything in my 240sx with RB25 swap. I was wanting to use that Syko kit so it would look clean and work well. Did you use the motor mounts from McKinnley or whatever? Im just hoping that if i go with this set up i will be happy.

I got a clip, do yourself a favor and get the clip, it's more but you won't be digging for parts (if things are missing) that could hold up your project. Plus if you want the Syko kit you need the R33 crossmember which you can get with a clip. I have Syko mounts as well but have no installed them yet. My clip came with the R33 front brake setup so that was a nice little upgrade.
