RB25 Flywheel. Stepped or not stepped!

Im getting my flywheel surfaced today. I can't find a reliable answer. So, is there a step in the rb25 flywheel or not?

Not as far as I know, I don't think any Nissan engines had a step...

Why not put one on it anyway though?

The Z32 I believe uses a 'step', I had mine (25) machined flat.

ive never had a step machined on mine, its been done 3 times and had 3 different clutches so far. never a problem.
