rb25 engine shut off!

Hey guys, I recently replaced my turbo, turbo lines, exhaust gasket, clutch, flywheel and injectors. Added a catch can and made an intake pipe. the problem im having right now is engine shut off or stall when not in gear and when i let off the throttle. i know i have a problem with the pcv valve/grommet leaking air. I also experience possible compressor stall/surge. could this air leak cause the blow off valve to not work properly? it's an HKS ssqv blow off valve. and i know 100% that i have the catch can hooked up correctly. between the exhaust rocker cover and intake pipe(preturbo).

any insight would be great, if i missed anything let me know. thanks in advance

could it be the maf getting an inaccurate reading from the larger turbo? pcv valve? bov recirculation problem? improper fuel pressure? someone help me! D:
