you just need the first one. the 2nd one is the full bore map/diagram of the harness.

is that for the S2 ecu tho? Doesnt seem like it is

it doesnt matter for what you are trying to do.

the only real major difference is in ignition system

how do i hook up the one Knock sensor wire on my Safc 2 to read both knock sensor wires from the ecu?

The SAFC won't read both Knock sensors, only one. just hook up the first one and call it a day.
