You need to confirm if you have spark and fuel.
Pull a coil pack out, but leave it plugged in, throw a spark spark plug in it and ground the plug... Crank the motor (or rotate the CAS by hand) to see if the plug is firing.
Next crank the motor with one of the spark plugs/coilpacks removed, you'll see the air/fuel mix spray out (no smoking or open flames LOL) so you know injectors are working (or just smell a plug for fuel after cranking if you wanna be all safe about it...).
If you have spark and fuel then it's just a timing issue, your CAS is not stabbed right and/or your timing off. If there's no spark or fuel then it's probably wiring, cas, etc... But verify spark/fuel first.
